You should apply if:

You know you can’t do it alone and want to surround yourself with experts, advisors, mentors and program staff who care deeply about your impact
Technology Readiness Level 4 or above
You can demonstrate that your technology has significant GHG impact potential – this can be direct (e.g., direct air capture) or indirect (e.g., upcycling, renewable energy, etc.) – and minimizes harm to the environment (such as waste or toxins)
You can demonstrate evidence of 1) market demand and 2) potential for widespread technology adoption (though we will consider moonshots with massive GHG reduction potential even if the market is unproven)
You have at least 1 founder that is full time and will reciprocate our investment in you with the necessary time and energy
Your technology is novel and you have an IP strategy either in place or underway
Founder(s) own the majority share of the company
You are ready to dive in mid September, 2024.

Step One: Application & Assessment:
- Fill out our application form, which will include quantifying your emissions-reduction potential. We’ll review your application and follow up as soon as we can to schedule a meeting or point you to other programs, if we don’t think it’s a fit.
- Deadline to apply: July 30, 2024. But we’ll review applications and proceed with companies on a rolling basis, so apply as soon as you can.
Step Two: Due Diligence
- A team of experts will review your application, meet with you to discuss your technology and business plan, and make a final decision.
- Decisions communicated no later than: September 8, 2024
